• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Flat fee of £12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over £50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our returns policy is designed with care and clarity. You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unused, and resalable condition with all packaging and tags.
