What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two streamlined shipping options to balance speed with value:

🚚 Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)
Cost: £12.95
Transit Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Best for the Value-Conscious Perfectionist who wants a faster, tracked service.

📦 Free Shipping (EMS)
Cost: FREE on orders over £50.
Transit Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Best for planning ahead for a seasonal change or future project, maximising your budget.

For orders under £50, a calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and carefully check your order. After dispatch, your delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected (see above). You will receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

Are there any extra charges for international orders?
